Weighing batching system of PVC Auto Compounding Mixing System
In the PVC automatic compounding system, the weighing batching system is normally composed of two separate subsystems: a set of main materials weighing batching system and a set of auxiliary materials weighing batching system. Each batching system has the feeding silo for each material, also with the screw conveyor, batching sales and etc.
Auxiliary materials weighing batching system
It is mainly used for powder or granules additives weighing and dosing with high accuracy and continues.
The number of additives can be 3 to 10.
The maximum range is 50kgs, and the accuracy can reach 20g.
The system has compact structure, small space needed and convenient operation.
It can save labor cost, improve production efficiency and formula accuracy.
